It also does not integrate directly with LIS platforms — it types into whatever field your cursor is in, which works with most systems but is not a validated interface. Because transcription can run entirely on your device, dictated case information doesn't have to be sent anywhere, but you remain responsible for PHI handling under HIPAA and your lab's policies.
